Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities:

Customer Service RepresentativeShift Monday - Friday 8AM - 5PM

Duties:

  • Make scheduled calls to selected customers to discuss orders.
  • Assist in answering office phones.
  • Notify customers and sales people of shortages on trucks.
  • Be available to discuss routing delivery problems with customers.
  • Assist in Inventory.
  • Relay messages to sales force via voice mail or e-mail.
  • Handle customer service calls in a polite and professional manner as needed.
  • Prepare back orders as needed.
  • Any other duties as assigned by Office Manager.

Qualifications:

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Must have High School education or High School equivalent.
  • Must have the ability to work closely with customers on the telephone in a professional manner.

PHYSICAL ATTRIBUTES NEEDED:

  • Must have the physical ability to hear, answer and speak clearly on the telephone.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
