POSITION TITLE: ACCOUNT MANAGER
DEPARTMENT: SALES ? (Inside-Support w/ limited travel, 10-15%)
REPORTS TO: Director of Multi Unit Sales
DIRECT REPORTS: None

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS:
? 3-5 Years Foodservice Distribution Sales/Service experience preferred
? College Degree preferred
? Must possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
? Analytics experience a plus
? Expert level on MS Office applications a plus
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
? Capable of lifting 50 lbs.
? Some travel required
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
? Primary Sales contact with assigned customers across Merchants enterprise
? Coordinates internal communications with all functional groups
? Collaborates with contract management team to insure order guide product and pricing accuracy
? Analyzes and collaborates to insure inventory levels are maintained
? LTO management and coordination including disposition
? New Item set up coordination and linkages to the point of sale
? Performs gap and root cause analysis to insure compliance of contractual commitments
? Develops reporting processes, both internal and external
? Slow and Dead inventory management/disposition
? Facilitates customer onboarding
? Conducts on site customer business reviews as needed
? Resolves local systemic service issues
? Performs other duties as assigned by VP of National Sales, or Director of Multi Unit Sales
SALES VOLUME EXPECTATIONS: 8-12 Customer Concepts, $25-$200MM Annually

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
